We're looking for a social media manager to communicate our brand identity through platform-tailored growth strategies. And, to help manage the production of leading health content from ideation to completion. Having a good design eye is a must, and a passion for health and wellness is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media campaigns across a 3-month rolling content calendar.
  • Develop a list of relevant topics to pursue through content.
  • Source, gather, and develop content (reels, posts, stories).
  • Develop copy across each platform, in line with tone of voice.
  • Shoot and edit original content, images, and videos for socials. 
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content ad-hoc, e.g. from our warehouse.
  • Liaise with contractors (could be content or photography-related).  
  • Negotiate contracts with influencers and content creators, whilst managing the delivery of their output.
  • Use analytics to report weekly on performance across channels.
  • Reply to customer messages on all platforms promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Part&Parcel products. 
  • Report on new trends and changes in the social landscape. 

About You:

  • 1-2 Years Experience in social media management, brand marketing, and/or content strategy.
  • Worked on building brands through social planning and content development.
  • In-depth understanding of social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, with TikTok being a bonus. 
  • Experience creating content, editing, and designing across all mediums.
  • Experience in scheduling content (we use Later) across all mediums.
  • Experience collaborating and editing within Canva.
  • Passion for all things social, including trends and best practices.
  • Confidence to take the lead and guide other team members when necessary.

Familiar With:

  • Email marketing software, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify.
  • Adobe software - mainly ‘InDesign’ & ‘Photoshop’.   
  • Microsoft Excel.
