Dreaming of a Production Coordinator role where you're making the bed better for customers every single day? Then Sheet Society just might have the role for you.

We’ve been disruptors in the bedding industry since 2017, pushing boundaries in the category through innovative product development and second-to-none service that's grown us a huge, loyal customer base devoted to our brand.

The right candidate for this role will thrive in a dynamic working environment, and love working collaboratively with both internal team members and external manufacturers to manage multiple purchase orders through the entire production lifecycle. Our Production Coordinator is connected to everything we design and deliver at Sheet Society. The role requires the type of person who can see a problem 2,556 steps ahead of the rest and has already course-corrected well before anything has come close to going off track. Sound like you?

Core Responsibilities:

  • Development & Quality Control: Reporting directly to the Head of Product you’ll work closely on the approvals of bulk lab-dips, strike-offs, fabric, and trims ahead of bulk production. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing all product samples, from PP stage to shipment samples and all marketing sample requirements. Quality control is at the heart of all approval stages, from fabric consistency, fit, and construction — the Production Coordinator leaves no detail untouched.
  • Purchase Order Management: You’ll be accountable for coordinating all purchase orders for the business — working closely with the Merchandise and Operations teams, from raising PO’s, managing production schedules and arranging delivery of bulk goods by business calendar deadlines. You’ll build and maintain collaborative working relationships with our suppliers - onshore and offshore - communicating daily and keeping a keen eye on all stages of the production process.
  • Packaging & Collateral: At Sheet Society how our product shows up to a customer is just as important as the product itself, which is why the Production Coordinator will play a huge role in production packaging and brand collateral. Working closely with the Marketing team, preparing packaging briefs in accordance with all purchase orders and proofing print-ready submissions before approving for bulk production. They’ll also manage both print packaging as well as cut and sew packaging for our entire product portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ll have 3+ years of experience in a similar production coordination role.
  • You understand fabric construction and have a keen eye for colour and product detail.
  • Confidence in liaising with a growing supply chain of manufacturers and freight forwarders.
  • You find efficiencies in managing multiple production schedules.
  • Have the ability to self-motivate and work in a small, motivated, and agile team.
  • A can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled across all Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in packaging design and production management of collateral.
  • Skilled in garment pattern making.
  • Knowledge of Asana, Cin 7 and Checkpoint systems.

Why You'll Love It Here:

At Sheet Society, it’s more than a workplace, it’s a community. With that in mind, we’re committed to making sure our employees are as happy in the workplace as our customers are in bed. Which is why our perks include:
