Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager with the view to transition to Store Manager in six months. This is a permanent part-time role (3-4 days a week), with at least one weekend day required.

Weekends are essential for the first 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hello@ inbox and customer communications.
  • Oversee customer orders, online order fulfilment, and inventory management.
  • Maintain store neatness and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate on in-store merchandising and window displays.
  • Handle stock receiving, barcoding, and pricing.
  • Liaise with the buying manager in regards to planning, restocking and brand scouting.
  • Manage weekly rosters and approve timesheets. 
  • Handle banking, and reorder store supplies.
  • Provide team feedback and maintain the Shop Staff Procedures Manual.
  • Promote the customer loyalty program and maintain the database.
  • Train and supervise retail team members.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for sustainable fashion and ethical retail.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with social media management is a strong plus.
  • Experience or qualifications in fashion, business, or marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
