Lux CBD Cafe Manager

We are looking for a hospitality professional to manage our busy cafe, its in the heart of vibrant sydney CBD, this is a family owned brand and what i have been doing for 20+ years, we are very well known in the CBD for our friendly, attentive and quick service however this venue will be elevated. We want a friendly, approachable person as your main role is cashier and the face of the cafe when guests walk in. Qualities i am looking for are simple..Some experience taking coffee orders, POS & Eftpos reporting, keeping the team positively charged, calm and professional, remembering to enjoy yourself and have a laugh as you work cause we are only on the big rock for a short time. * Cashier, settling till and Eftpos * Ordering & managing Suppliers with Barista and Chef * General cafe Management * Shop is inline with Westfield presentation requirements * Manage staff * Manage roster changes * Building relationships with staff and customers Growth - We are a growing brand, so there is absolutely potential to grow with us as others have and make this a career path as i did. I started with nothing 15 years ago just passion and willing to work harder than the cafe next to me, thats all it takes..
