Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Room Attendant/Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel rooms and ensuring a delightful stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are met.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain a pristine environment.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Collaborate with the front desk and other hotel staff to meet guest needs and requests.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
