Looking for a Sous chef to help build, lead, and inspire a large kitchen. Marmont will focus on the freshest produce, have close relationships with farmers, rotate the menu seasonally, and strive for the best product to be on the plate. We are a Californian inspired Eating & Drinking House coming to Crown Casino this December. Marmont will focus on a large selection of small plated items with an emphasis on sharing and building a meal out of this extensive grazing platform. With direct access to the riverwalk and views of the Yarra River, this is sure to be one of the biggest openings of the summer. We’d love you to join us.
