These unparalleled event spaces, located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD provide magnificent event solutions for Corporate Functions, Special Events and Weddings, all curated by our expert team.

 

The Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Event Sales Team. You will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Events and the Senior Sales Executive.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist the Event Sales Executives to plan and deliver events.
  • Organising events from initial enquiry through to post-event follow up including: site inspections, proposals, total event planning, administration and management, preparation of event orders, floor plans etc.
  • Developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
  • Actively source new business leads.

Successful applicants will need:

  • A passion for corporate and wedding events
  • A proven ability to build rapport with clients through excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • A minimum of 2 years working in the events industry
  • Proven experience in event sales and business development within a team environment
  • An understanding of event planning and administration of events.
  • A strong operational understanding of food and beverage.
  • Developed organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability and desire to work within a positive team environment.
  • Experience with event software will be looked upon favourably. 



Salary:  $62,000 to $82,000 per year plus super

Job Type: Full-time
