Whitehart Bar, Melbourne’s urban oasis and ultimate hangout spot, is on the lookout for a fresh face to join our team. We’re a lively, outdoor venue in the CBD, built from a converted car park, blending industrial steel, containers, and lush greenery to create a unique space. With a big focus on boutique beers, spirits, wine, art and music, we love to throw a good party – so if you enjoy great tunes, dancing, and an awesome atmosphere, you’ll fit right in.

We’re after an experienced bartender who’s as passionate about good booze as we are. If you have 2-3 years of bartending experience, a solid knowledge of cocktails and beers, and a genuine curiosity to keep growing, we want to meet you! Personality is key – we’re a tight-knit team who enjoy working together, and we’re looking for someone who can bring their positive energy.

• Shifts: Casual, 2-4 shifts a week, with a fast-paced, high-energy vibe.
• Environment: Our team works hard and loves what we do. We’re all hands-on and down-to-earth – no job is too big or small, whether it’s sweeping, mopping, or helping a teammate.
