McIver's Tea & Coffee is looking for Baristas to work in our new Brunswick store 3-4 days per week (5 days is a possibility too!), including one weekend shift. We're looking to interview and hire ASAP as our store opening grows closer and closer!
McIver's Tea & Coffee is a family run business that started in the Queen Vic Markets in 1951. We have just moved our second store from our old Brunswick West location to a bigger and better central Brunswick location. We're looking for Baristas to work 3-4 days a week at our new store, the ideal applicants will have experience making Barista standard coffee. Primary duties include making coffee, serving customers and ordering & rotating stock. When we're quiet on the latte front you'll be helping out on the shop floor or prepping online orders. Opening hours TBC but your weekday shifts would be roughly 6.45am-3pm, with shorter shifts on the weekends. We like to have a set roster instead of an ever changing one so we can enjoy the benefits of regular shifts and being able to make plans ahead of time.
