PRATO is Kynetons newest restaurant currently serving Pinsa romana and a seasonal menu of mediterranean inspired dishes. The position requires an experienced person that can follow our short menu and produce, prepare the ingredients using our local stockists. We have the latest equipment and all the pinsa bases are produced fresh each week. There is no need for any dough making or pizza base streching experience required. During service all dishes are cooked and served as share plates. The Pinsa are compiled and cooked in our zanolli deck oven. This posiiton is suited for a more adventurous chef than just an experienced pizzaiolo.
We are seeking a dedicated person that has the ability to work in Australia without the need for sponsorship. Full time or part time is on offer for immediate start. You will be working along side our experienced team and in a culture thats fun, dedicated and delivering a memorbale food experience.
Kyneton is 55 minutes from Melbourne. The ideal candidate will need to be available from Thursday through to Monday for Lunch and Dinner. Residing is Melbournes northern suburbs makes the journey to work either by train or car at about 30 minutes.
