Bar Holiday has openings for an experienced bartender and a front-of-house floor person to join our team.
About Us
We’re a small to medium-sized neighbourhood bar and restaurant located in front of a park on the edge of the CBD / Carlton.
It's high volume and fast paced on weeekends, and mostly a nice pace on weekdays. It's generally table service but some customers do order at the bar.
Duties include
Bartender: making cocktails to order, pouring wines and beers on tap, serving customers and closing down the venue at the end of service.
Front of house: serving customers at their table, putting through orders, running food, looking after tables and all the little things to ensure tables have a positive night.
