We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Chefs de Partie to join our energetic and caring team. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals eager to grow their knowledge of Thai cuisine while working in a supportive and thriving environment.

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

• Contribute to the creation of our renowned contemporary-Thai dishes.
• Work in either a high-paced production kitchen or as part of a busy service team.
• Collaborate with an experienced and passionate team.
• Uphold the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a South-East Asian kitchen.
• A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Hard-working, committed, and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A dynamic, passionate team player with a genuine interest in Thai cuisine.
