About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants are on the look-out for a Storeperson to join our team in Canberra. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Storeperson be responsible for overseeing all receiving and storing of general and perishable goods. 
 
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated a minimum of one year of experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar
• Food safety knowledge is advantageous
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to keep detailed and accurate records
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg
• Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices
• Must have full work rights in Australia
• Must have a full Australian Drivers License
