Supervisor Juniper Eatery and Baristas

At Juniper we have a small team that is focused on making our space warm, professional and inviting. We all take great interest in cooking and produce. Our cafe is based around seasonal produce and celebrating it with a small menu and evolving fresh counter items. We are looking for someone who has experience in staff management and venue management. We have a strong team of individuals who support each other and grow together. Unfortunately some of our staff have to return home. So this is a special opportunity to join our small team!

The supervisor role is full time with the expectation of a working one weekend day. We work closely with our staff for life balance. Our hours are 8-3pm 7 days.

We are also looking for a experienced Barista full time. We are looking for someone organised, consistent and who likes to run a section. 

We are looking for a manager with,

• Experience in running and maintaining a venue
• Fast paced service 
• An eye for detail in a space and personal presentation 
• An interest in cooking, food and wine
• A personality that likes to work closely with a small friendly team
• Promptness and neat presentation 
• Ability to guide staff with direction and communication 
• Staff training and upskilling and improved systems 
• Organizational skills and initiative 
• Good communication skills that relate to staff management
• Rostering knowledge 
• Experience using Square and Deputy
