KITCHEN ALL LEVELS We are looking for chefs and kitchen hands of all skill levels to join our new and exciting restaurant "RESIDENCE" built in the newly renovated Potter museum of art. The restaurant is built on the concept of an annually changing head chef, first of its kind in Melbourne. Our head chef is Robbie Noble, formerly of Vue de Monde

You will be working in a constantly evolving, innovative and educational kitchen, managed by Executiove chef Jasper Avent (Formerly of Lakehouse,Town Mouse, Embla) and working alongside newly appointed Head chef Robbie Noble (ex Clamato, Vue De Monde).
The venue is an open kitchen with bar service and dinning room service totalling 60 seats.
We will be servicing morning espresso bar trade, lunch, dinner and events.
