Barista / All Rounder

We’re on the hunt for a Barista / All Rounder to join our close-knit team. Someone who is full of energy, thrives on good vibes, and brings a “let’s give it a go” attitude to everything they do. You’ll need to take initiative, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us keep raising the bar.

This is a casual role with the potential to move towards a permanent part-time or full-time position.

What we're looking for:

• An experienced barista with a solid understanding of specialty coffee and minimum 2 years experience
• Front-of-house experience, with a focus on genuine, friendly service
• A natural leader who’s confident helping train and support the team to grow and improve
• A team player who communicates clearly and works well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who sees what needs doing - and does it - whether that’s restocking, clearing plates or making sure the vibes are just right
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset - you’re the kind of person who rolls up their sleeves and gets it done
• Availability for weekdays and weekends (we’re closed Mondays and Tuesdays - so you’ll always have regular days off!)
