Inner Melbourne institution seeking experienced and passionate Sous Chef
Alimentari has been a Melbourne institution since 1998. We have grown from our first establishment, Alimentari Deli in Fitzroy, then in 2013 we opened Alimentari Kitchen in Collingwood, and most recently Alimentari Goods in Collingwood.
Alimentari Deli has long been the local's go to for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon aperitivo. Our Mediterranean menu extends from our a la carte menu to our fresh salad and panini counter.

The Ideal Candidate:
At least 3 years of experience is required in relevant cuisine in a commercial kitchen
Diploma or equivalent in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality
