We’re 1983 Espresso—a fast-paced local institution with a big heart. Proudly serving Cremorne since 2012, we’re all about good coffee, real food (yes, Mamma Jan’s soups and salads are *that* good), and a buzzing atmosphere that brings together creatives, tradies, and loyal locals alike.

We’re on the hunt for legends to join our tight-knit crew.

We’re hiring:

• Baristas – Dialed-in, fast-moving, and consistent with milk and service under pressure.
• All-Rounders – Customer-first thinkers who can flow between POS, floor, and support with ease.
• Sandwich Hands – Fast, clean, and confident in a prep kitchen. Bonus if you love feeding people.

You are: 

• Hospitable by nature
• Punctual, energetic, and reliable
• Confident in a busy café environment
• Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
