Floor Supervisor

We are looking for someone to join our dining room team. If you can hustle, talk food and wine, engage in general banter, have an eye for detail and work in a smaller team then this role is for you!

The role -- 

• Is a part-time role - at least 30 hours a week, Friday and Saturday nights are a must.
• A supervisory role for someone with 2IC experience or looking to step into the role
• Involves a bit of everything from setting up and running food through packing down and friendly customer banter in between
• Run the floor, plan for the week's service, get involved with bookings and events
• Does ask for an eye for detail and an ability to multi-task
• Requires you to be available for dinner services, Fridays and Saturdays are must
• Offers the opportunity to work with bookings, suppliers and guest liaison via email 
• Enables you to work alongside career hospitality professionals - we care about what we do and we hope you do, too

• Enjoy the cuisines of Asia and especially of Vietnam
• Can work for more than 6 months with a single employer
• Can work autonomously, in an dynamic (read: ever-changing) environment, in a small team
