Anerie is Phillip Island’s only true French bistro, a locally loved, high-quality venue known for traditional French cuisine, intimate dining, and a fiercely proud commitment to doing things properly.
We’re currently looking for a qualified, experienced chef to join our team, someone with a passion for French food and a head for clean, organised, high-functioning kitchens.
NOTE: Our kitchen is smaller than most domestic kitchens, but it consistently punches above its weight. If you're resourceful, efficient, and thrive in well-run spaces, you’ll fit right in.
