Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service;
- Assist Manager with staff training and development;
- Assist Manager to manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination;
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene;
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills across all stakeholders
- Flexibility for weekend and night work
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality leadership role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong Customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Barista experience is a plus!
