Pony is your local go-to on Beatty Ave. Our menu is ingredient-led and seasonally driven, with dishes that let produce do the talking. We’re run by hands-on owner-operators and backed by a small team who care about doing things well — with plenty of personality along the way.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced bartender to join us as we head into a busy spring/summer. You’ll bring energy behind the bar, confident cocktail knowledge, and the ability to create a relaxed but lively atmosphere for our guests.
Option for 4 day 30hr work week full time. Work life ballance with no compromise on quality
About You

3+ years’ experience behind the bar in a similar venue

Comfortable with classic cocktails and eager to experiment with seasonal drinks

Confident, personable, and adaptable during service

Solid wine knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)

Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Weekend availability essential
