Experienced Baker sought for sourdough bakery.
We use freshly milled flour milled at our bakery on a farm on the Mornington Peninsula.
Must be able to work Dec and Jan and Easter
Must already be in Australia with working rights.

Distributed around the Mornington Peninsula from a small farm bakery and mill.
Baker must be experienced with knowledge of sourdough , though we have great bakers here already that can get you up to speed.
Essential - solid experience, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, keenness.
Desireable - baking qualifications, legendary mixing skills, interest in the rest of the mill and farm.
Work starts early, especially over the holiday period. Weekend work. Five days week, 8hr days with reasonable overtime in busy periods. Busiest periods are Christmas to end of January and Easter.
We are a small team. We work together and enjoy being at work. It's a lovely family bakery in a beautiful environment.
