To Be Frank Bakery Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Baker to join its team.

We are an artisan bakery located in the heart of Collingwood. We are looking for a talented baker to join the team to prepare and bake a variety of bread products in-house made fresh everyday.



You will be responsible for:

  • Baking a range of long fermentation bread products using a range of different fermentation and baking techniques
  • Adhering to food safety and occupational health regulations;
  • Monitoring equipment and ensuring all specialised baking tools are in working order;
  • Maintaining the good running order of specialised baking equipment;
  • Preparing work schedules and keeping section records.


Requirement:

  • a Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant field, plus 2 years of full-time post qualification experience; or
  • at least three years of experience as a baker.
