Full Time pastry chef position available Job includes all facets of a small batch artisan bakery, including production of cakes, breads and pastries
Full time Pastry Chef position 5 days per week.
Job includes:
making and baking vienoisserie and shortcrust pastries
making and baking breads, including focaccia and pretzels
making and baking cakes and cookies, including Austrian tortes
minimum 2 years experience in a similar role required, and experience on a pastry sheeter
You will guide more junior staff, assist with ordering and stock control,
and contribute to new product development
