An opportunity for a highly creative and organised individual: bills in Sydney and Granger & Co. in London are looking for a Creative Communications Manager to join our restaurant family. A unique role spanning our restaurants in Australia and the UK with the potential to travel and have a hand in projects in Japan and South Korea too.

THE ROLE
This is a full-time position that can be based in London or Sydney.
The heart of this role is bringing our world to life across our communication channels — capturing our delicious food, our Australian hospitality, our beautiful interiors, our art and everything that we do — sharing that with our global community.
You’ll work hands-on every day planning, creating and executing engaging content across our platforms. As well as commissioning shoots with photographers and videographers, you will also collaborate with our wider creative team and work closely with our co-founder, creative director and global culinary director to ensure everything we share feels true to who we are.
You need to have your finger on the pulse: to understand food, design, fashion and culture not just as trends but as part of a bigger story — and to translate that awareness into ideas that feel alive for us.
Just as importantly, you need to understand the roots, the history and the ideas that have shaped who we are. Every detail has a story. You will need to have knowledge of the Australian and global hospitality community we’re part of, and a curiosity for the people, places and stories that make it.
The role is designed with flexibility in mind, and we understand that balance looks different for everyone. Sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.
ABOUT YOU
You are a creative at heart with a natural eye for beautiful imagery, composition and what makes a picture or post stand out — and you’re also naturally organised to keep the calendar, shoots and community management running smoothly.
You are just as comfortable capturing quick stories as commissioning polished shoots, and a natural warmth comes through in your words and in person.
You’re a confident, thoughtful writer with a clear sense of style, able to bring our values to life through words that feel effortless and genuine. You write with ease and instinct, always finding the right tone to draw people in.
Collaborative and organised, you’re comfortable working across time zones and keeping ideas flowing. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves being part of a close team and takes real joy in seeing their work take shape and come alive.
Formal education isn’t everything here. We care just as much about experience, curiosity and creativity. Qualifications or training in communications, marketing, media, hospitality, design, photography or fashion are welcome but not essential.
While training can be provided, ideally you are confident using tools that keep ideas moving — things like Meta Business Suite and scheduling apps, CRM tools, Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms.
What matters most is a proven ability to bring ideas to life through writing, imagery and storytelling.
