Dr Morse is on the hunt for driven, energetic Front of House legends with a strong focus on sales, not just service.

We’re a multi-faceted, community-connected venue in the heart of Abbotsford — one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing and most eclectic neighbourhoods. We’re music-led, hospitality-obsessed, and proudly part of the Abbotsford community.

From early morning specialty coffee (Ona), to lunch, dinner, and late-night good times until 1am on weekends, Dr Morse is always humming. Our offering spans rotating craft ales, classic + natural wines, juicy house cocktails (and classics on request), and an Italian-leaning bistro menu built for busy inner-north crowds.

Our beer garden is home to some of Melbourne’s best music selectors, with deep record bags, diverse sounds, and community at the centre of everything we do. We value culture, connection, and a strong, supportive team environment.

We’re looking for sales-driven FOH casuals who can elevate the guest experience while confidently driving revenue through:

• Upselling drinks, food, specials & upgrades

• Reading the room, anticipating guest needs

• Delivering warm, confident, engaging service

• Maintaining pace, accuracy & professionalism during high-volume service
