What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a high-spirited, collaborative front-of-house team

• Bring calm confidence and spark to daily service

• Shape a warm, guest-first environment that feels generous and genuine

• Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to keep standards high and service smooth

• Build rosters, guide staffing levels, and balance wage costs with revenue goals

• Understand the financial heartbeat of the venue and support sustainable growth

• Keep operations organised, compliant, and full of heart

• Help dream up small moments, details, or ideas that make the venue feel special
