We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Chamberlain Hotel (C-Bar). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate hotel operations, including security arrangements and property maintenance.
Plan and oversee bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all liquor, gaming, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Monitor and assess customer satisfaction to maintain high service standards.
Oversee accounting, purchasing, and financial control processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety standards across all departments.
About You:
You have at least 1 year of full-time experience (or equivalent) in hotel or venue management.
You hold a formal qualification, with a minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
You possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
You have sound knowledge of hospitality operations, compliance requirements, and basic financial management.
