We’re growing, and we want baristas of all levels to join our front-of-house team. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, if you love coffee, pastries, and a team that actually works together, we want to meet you.
Since opening in October, Butter Days has become a local favourite thanks to our great coffee, baked goods, and warm, welcoming vibe.
After a short break, we’re back mid-January, ready to level up — with an evolved offering, fun collaborations, and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills.
About the role
We’re welcoming junior, intermediate and senior baristas with experience who want to be part of a fun, supportive, fast-moving team. We offer full-time, part-time and casual roles across our 6-day trade
You’ll:
Make excellent coffee (and smile with us while doing it)
Help out on service when needed
Follow our systems while bringing your own energy to the team
Keep things running smoothly, even when it’s busy
Who we’re looking for
Experienced baristas at any level (junior, intermediate, senior)
Team players who jump in and help wherever needed
Reliable, organised, and friendly under pressure
People excited to learn, grow, and have a bit of fun along the way
