Key Responsibilities
You’ll be part of our kitchen team helping us meet daily production and quality goals. Our cooks/chefs focus on producing our much-loved pies and sandwiches. Everyone contributes to setup, pack down, and general kitchen cleaning tasks.

About Us
Falco is a small-batch bakery using traditional techniques with a modern twist to create baked goods we’re proud of. Our team includes passionate bakers, cooks, front of house and chefs who are equally obsessed with exceptional coffee and locally sourced produce. (We even roast our own beans just around the corner.)

We opened our first bakery on Smith Street in 2019 and have been proudly serving our community ever since. Falco Langridge Street opened in February 2023, and Falco Johnston Street followed in December.

About You

• For chef and cook positions, previous experience in a commercial kitchen or café kitchen is essential.
• What matters most is your passion for bread, pastry and savoury goods, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to quality.
