EVENT SUPERVISOR

We're known for hosting unforgettable weddings and private gatherings, and we're looking for a reliable casual Event Supervisor to help bring these special occasions to life.

Role Overview:

• Casual position focused on event setup and supervision.
• Assist with venue setup 1-2 days prior to events (flexible scheduling).
• Oversee and run events on the night, ensuring everything flows seamlessly from start to finish.
• Events primarily occur on Saturdays, with a focus on weddings. On average with host 2 events per month
• Work alongside our experienced Event Manager, who will provide detailed event plans and coordinate all necessary staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or a similar role (wedding or venue experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments.
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Availability on weekends, especially Saturdays.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
