VENUE MANAGER

Bar Bouni is looking for a fun, loud (in a good way), switched-on Venue Manager who can run our new venue like a boss and keep the energy high.
This is not a clipboard-and-office role.
This is for someone who:
- Leads from the floor
- Knows their team’s names and their numbers
- Can jump behind the bar, fix a problem, hype a service, and still hit budget
THE JOB (AKA YOU RUN THE SHOW)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting the vibe and protecting the culture
- Leading, training, and backing your team
- Delivering killer service every shift
- Running smart rosters and keeping costs tight
- Handling chaos with calm confidence
YOU:
- Are outgoing, confident, and full of personality
- Care about people and standards
- Hate lazy leadership and toxic behaviour
- Can handle pressure without being a jerk
- Know when to have fun and when to lock it in
YOU’VE DONE THIS BEFORE
- 5+ years in hospitality
- 2+ years managing a venue or large team
- Strong people skills, strong service standards
- RSA
