An opportunity for a talented hospitality professional, with a passion for humble service and honest wine to join the team at Clover.
About Us
Clover is a modern bistro and wine bar on the Paris end of Swan Street, celebrating our love of the natural vinous world alongside plates cooked solely over fire. We welcome guests into a lively environment where thoughtful hospitality and genuine service are front and centre.
Part of the Diggin’ In The Cellars group, we value good wine, good food, and good people. We believe knowledge is best shared and foster a culture where the desire to learn from our peers, our producers, and the wider industry is intrinsic to everything we do.
About the Role
As a member of the front of house team, you will play an integral role in exceeding guest expectations through knowledgeable, attentive service.
You will deliver exceptional service that is efficient, warm, and aligned with our ethos — building a loyal community of patrons through confident hospitality and a genuine understanding of our food and wine.
You will contribute proactively to the smooth running of the venue, supporting the management team with purpose and intent. This includes completing all pre- and post-service tasks, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented space.
You will lead by example, inspiring those around you through the sharing of knowledge, open feedback, and strong collaboration between front and back of house.
