Barista allrounder with Speciality coffee experience

Paper Tiger Espresso Bar is an established corporate coffee bar that produces exceptional speciality coffee and baked goods in a fast working environment. We are a cafe that loves building rapport with new and regular customers to ensure everyone is well caffeinated and fed to get through their day. We are looking for a potential candidate who can work 20 - 35 hours a week to help with all rounder responsibilities around the cafe.

Qualifications & experience

• Fast hands 
• 4 years in food service
• 1 years of speciality coffee barista experience
• Must know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB
• Must have great people skill and love chatting to people.
• Must be able to have small chats with customers
• Knowledge of Weighing and Dailing in coffees
• Able to work under pressure handling 30+ KGs of coffees a week
• Able to handle 5 kilos solo

Tasks & responsibilities

• Barista Duties
• General wash up
• Restocking products
• Customer service
• Food preparation if in need
• Able to do open and close 
• Able to work independently when required.
