Chaplin’s is establishing itself as East Brunswick’s newest destination for classic cocktails, carefully curated wines and impeccable service. As we extend our hours and evolve our offering, we are searching for a passionate, professional and creative Chef to join our team.

You Will Have:
Passion for Produce:
A genuine appreciation for quality ingredients, seasonal produce and creating dishes that complement a refined beverage program.
Culinary Experience:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and consistency in execution.
Attention to Detail:
A commitment to presentation, portion control and maintaining high standards at all times.
Team Mindset:
The ability to work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
