This role will lead the day-to-day operations of our Northcote store while supporting the wider retail operations of Green Horse.
You will work closely with the founder, who focuses on brand direction, strategy and buying, while this role oversees retail operations, team leadership and operational systems.
The position will begin as a hands-on leadership role within the store. During the initial period, the successful candidate will learn the operational systems of the business from the ground up while supporting a period of team transition.
Over time there is clear opportunity for the role to grow into broader operational leadership across the business as systems and team structure strengthen.
While Green Horse also operates an online store and marketing activities, these areas are supported by external collaborators. This role focuses primarily on retail leadership, operational flow, team culture and systems.
We’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys improving systems and helping small businesses run clearly and smoothly.
