Motor is a neighbourhood wine-fuelled, wood-fired Bistro in the heart of Glenferrie Road. We are looking for a front of house all rounder to join the team at Motor. We offer a shared style menu cooked in a wood-fired oven with a diverse wine list to match.
Motor is a neighbourhood wood-fired, wine-fuelled Bistro. Located in the heart of Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn in a 110 year old Garage, we use wood fire cooking to celebrate fine produce that pair well with wine. Wine and food are our passion and the core of what we offer. Our list highlights rare and iconic classics alongside up and coming stars. We also have a strong desire to enhance guest experience.
We have a very close knit team and like to have staff meals together daily, knock off drinks available after every shift and 50% staff discount across two venues. We are an energetic, warm and friendly team that thrives off sharing knowledge.
We are looking for a strong all rounder to primarily work on the floor during busy services, with the ability to jump behind the bar if required. Wine knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn!
The successful applicant will work closely with the owners to provide the best hospitality we can offer.
