Barista and Allrounder

Sideways Deli Cafe is a busy Inner West venue known for its strong coffee, quality food offering, and loyal local following. We are looking for an experienced barista who is equally confident stepping into an allrounder role when needed.

This is a fast-paced, well-run cafe with a supportive team and consistent trade.

The role

• High-volume coffee service with a focus on consistency and efficiency
• Allrounder responsibilities including customer service, running food, and maintaining floor flow
• Working collaboratively within a tight, experienced team

What we are looking for

• Proven barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong workflow, communication, and time management skills
• A team-focused attitude and reliability under pressure
• Availability for a minimum of 2 weekdays plus BOTH Saturday and Sunday, and public holidays (essential)
