Pastry Chef

Joy Coburg is seeking a part time or casual pastry chef to work 2 - 3 days per week.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• produce and create cakes, tarts, doughs, cookies and slices
• produce quiches, pizzas, csweet scrolls
• maintain a clean work environment
• introduce new products
• plan and implement work schedules
• attention to detail
• maintain health, safety and hygiene paractices

Experience and qualifications

• qualifications in pastry or baking
• certificate in food handling
• knowledge of kitchen operations
• experience in a similar position preferred
