Senior Pastry Chef position in a small team in in our North Melbourne kitchen. Involved with medium volume lamination, bake off, R&D, some cake making , bake off.
We are looking for a senior pastry chef baker to join our tight team at an experienced level.
Become a key member of our small and skilled team, making and baking viennoiserie, cakes, varied pastries, cookies and focaccia.
Be involved hands on teaching and preparing avariety of Euro leaning pastries, both for our select wholesale customers and our Little Shop.
Full time position, 5 straight days, weekends preferable.
