About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Junction Club, MVRC's recently renovated hospitality and entertainment venue located on the corner of Mt Alexander Road and Dean Street in Moonee Ponds. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, strong community connection and quality food and beverage offering, Junction Club continues to evolve as a leading hospitality destination in Melbourne's north-west.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the leadership of the kitchen team and drive a high-quality, consistent and commercially successful culinary operation. Working closely with the Chef de Cuisine, the Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional food experiences, maintaining operational standards and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
