EARL Canteen is Melbourne's premium quick-service sandwich, salad, and coffee destination. Established in 2010, EARL has a reputation for exceptional quality, friendly, engaged, and speedy service.
We are currently recruiting a barista for our Collins Place location in the CBD. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a genuine sense of hospitality, and a desire to offer the very best in customer service.
We can offer 25-30 hours per week with a combination of opening and closing shifts across Monday - Friday. Previous barista experience in a high-volume environment is a requirement of this role, and a great work ethic is essential. Whilst this is a barista predominant role, all staff are trained across kitchen roles as well.
We are seeking someone with a high level of personal presentation who can articulate our philosophy with confidence and, of course, make delicious coffee.
