With five stores in the CBD, EARL is Melbourne's premium quick-service sandwich, salad, and coffee group. We are currently recruiting kitchen team members to join us!
EARL is an established Melbourne-based quick-service cafe group, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and service-oriented team members to make a range of sandwiches and salads fresh for our display each morning.
We have a position available in one of our CBD stores with a Monday - Friday roster, starting from 6 am. We can offer 30 hours plus per week with the opportunity for a full-time role for the right person.
Previous experience in a quick-service hospitality environment would be ideal; however, a great attitude is essential. We work hard, we care about the details, we take pride in our work, and we have lots of fun in the process.
Team members are trained across a range of positions within our stores, from making delicious sandwiches, salads & bowls to baking sweets and cakes. We work with the very best ingredients and equipment to offer a premium product for our loyal customers, and we recruit team members who care about offering a great service experience.
