We’re looking for an experienced baker to take on a key role within the team, someone who values consistency, attention to detail, and takes real pride in their work.
The role:
Early(ish) starts (approx. 4:30–5:00am)
4 day weeks (including at least one weekend day)
Hands-on across mixing, shaping and baking
Involvement in savoury prep and components beyond the bread
Opportunity to contribute to new products and recipe development
Helping maintain consistency and flow across the bake
We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid experience working with sourdough in a production environment
Works cleanly, efficiently, and without needing their hand held
Has good instincts on the bench and can make calls when needed
Takes pride in consistency, detail, and well-run systems
Is interested in contributing ideas (and seeing them through)
