About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our sophisticated venues, Maison Batard, Kisume and Society, on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end restaurants and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Professional presentation and strong communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
