About Yakimono:
A creative tribute to the corruptible side of Japanese cuisine, Yakimono is an exuberant inner-urban Japanese eating house in the heart of the CBD. The colourful and high energy Yakimono joined the Lucas Collective family in late 2021.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Yakimono and deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
