Venue Supervisor

We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual who can support the team in delivering exceptional service, managing day-to-day operations, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Support daily service, guide, and mentor junior staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth FOH operations during shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
• A calm, confident leadership style that builds trust and motivates teams.
• Strong guest-focus with an eye for detail
• Solid understanding of rostering, budgets, and cost control (for management roles)
• Experience with systems like Deputy, POS, and stock management
• Availability for weekends, nights, and peak service times
