Bar Holiday has an opening for an experienced chef to lead our kitchen.
We’re a small to medium-sized neighbourhood bar and restaurant located in front of a park just on the edge of the CBD and Carlton.
Our food is honest and generous, sometimes Euro-leaning, but always with a satisfying home-cooked touch.
You’ll be working in an open kitchen in the middle of the venue, being able to see customers dining along with a lush green view out the window.
It’s a vibrant, busy and down to earth kitchen — customers will come up and say thank you as they walk out, and sometimes you'll run a dish you've just cooked direct to the table.
The role is full time comprising either 4 or 5 nights of service per week, depending on your preference. Duties include
