STREAT is seeking a charismatic Barista & FOH Attendant with several years' experience to work across multiple sites in the CBD, Collingwood, and Richmond.

What’s the role look like?
- Shifts at 2-3 different cafes per week, in the CBD, Richmond, and Collingwood
- 15-25 hours on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday - weekends off
- Availability on Tuesday and Thursday is essential
- Assist cafe managers in facilitating our cafe training programs for young people
- Fulfill day-to-day operational tasks of a quick-service takeaway coffee venue: customer service, making great coffee, running drinks and clearing tables, basic food prep, cleaning
- Staff training and social events
- Salary packaging available to all staff
Experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year speciality coffee experience
- Able to consistently brew coffee to recipe and serve well-presented coffees throughout the day
- Have worked as an all-rounder or similar in an a la carte dining cafe - not just behind a bar/coffee machine
- Ability to remember faces and names and to make strangers smile early in the morning
- Before starting, a Working With Children Check, and an Australian Police Check will be required as part of the onboarding process. The WCC is reimbursed to employees who stay on at least 3 months.
